We see the importance of economic inclusion for all, without distinction, as a tool for evolution. To achieve this, our business model has two strategic guidelines:
Income and access to opportunities: improving employability conditions and representation of minority groups, through inclusion and promotion of respect. Inclusion leads to improved income.
Consumption and value generation: minority groups are not necessarily minorities. The process of minorization and inequality causes demands for specific products to be repressed, and opportunities hidden, causing minoritized groups to consume products designed to serve the "majority". These are products and markets that would meet individual characteristics, different business models, for different ways of consuming, different behaviors, but no less profitable.
